Raun Shultz

Raun Shultz moved from Bloomington, Indiana to Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio in August 2007. He recieved a Masters in Music Performance for Percussion from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, having studied with Gerald Carlyss, Steve Houghton, and Anthony Cirone. He recieved a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Music Performance in Percussion from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in Indiana, Pennsylvania, having studied with Dr. Gary Olmstead.

Raun is available to teach beginners to advanced players in percussion/drumset and beginning to intermediate piano. Lessons focus on the fundamentals of reading, playing, and enjoying music regardless of which instrument the student wishes to play. Drumset students are guided through the process of developing four-limb independance, styles, soloing, and listening skills.
